Industrial Safety Leader

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Leader to oversee health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives within an industrial operation.

• Lead and execute the site's EHS strategy with a strong focus on accident prevention and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate emergency response programs, brigades, and contractor safety management.
• Monitor EHS KPIs, incident investigations, and compliance metrics.
• Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including emissions and waste management programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and safety improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in EHS/Safety leadership roles within an industrial environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations, risk management, and safety systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, emergency response planning, and incident investigation methodologies.
• Experience developing and implementing EHS systems, processes, and compliance programs.
