Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify analog and mixed‑signal circuits for advanced memory products.
• Analyze and communicate design trade‑offs to design teams and internal customers.
• Perform schematic‑ and post‑layout‑level simulations to verify circuit functionality, performance, and robustness.
• Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, and verification teams to ensure high‑quality designs.
• Collaborate with different functional areas such as systems, layout, and digital designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field with a specialization in Microelectronics.
• Plus 2+ years of relevant experience in analog design engineering or a related occupation.
• Experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC design using advanced CMOS and FinFET technologies.
• Background in CMOS analog/mixed‑signal circuit design, including analysis, sizing, and optimization.
• Experience with advanced semiconductor process nodes for high‑performance DRAM or memory products.
• Experience performing DC, AC, transient, corner, and Monte Carlo analyses.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with layout, CAD, modeling, standards, and verification teams.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate design trade‑offs (power, performance, area, cost) while driving innovation for future memory generations.
• Familiarity with layout‑aware design techniques to improve matching, robustness, and manufacturability.
