Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - Full-Cycle Intl
AJC International, Inc.
AJC International, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruiting across the group, spanning Logistics and Food platforms for multiple countries.
This role combines hands-on sourcing with process ownership, helping to translate manpower plans into hires and maintaining hiring standards. The successful candidate partners with hiring managers, leadership, and the Global HR team, driving time-to-fill, quality of hire, and robust reporting.
