Mission:

As MATERIAL PLANNER you are responsible on planning, tracking and ensure the necessary components in the quantity and time required, respecting established stocks and optimizing collections through the SAP MRP system respecting and promoting the Values & Objectives of ANTOLIN TLAXCALA .

Responsibilities:

• Configuration update of parameters for each part number (MRP needs, delivery frequency, plant schedule, MOQ, safety stock, planning period, etc.

• Joint explosion of materials

• Deletion of obsolete items and modification of material delivery in SAP

• EDI Message Editing & Release

• Definition of parameters (traffic lights) for control of critical references

• SAP Inventory Display, Inventory verification and analysis & Physical inventory of raw materials

• Review of consumption, adjustments, scrap, transfers due to Raw Material Movements in the Production process

• Request for Account Statements & payment of taxes before SAT from suppliers.

• Tracking of material in Emergency warehouse

What we are looking for:

• Industrial, Logistics engineer similar or related career.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Material Planner in the Automotive Industry and/or similar.

• SAP

• Experience in dealing with suppliers & Purchasing Process Management.

• Fluently English
