Corporate Strategy Manager

At EY-Parthenon, we help organizations define and execute transformative growth strategies. We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our Strategy & Execution team, supporting leading companies across multiple industries in addressing their most critical strategic challenges.

As a Manager, you will lead strategic engagements, manage client relationships, supervise consulting teams, and contribute to business development initiatives. You will work directly with senior executives and decision-makers to create value through growth strategies, market assessments, business transformation initiatives, and corporate portfolio decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy and growth strategy projects across a variety of industries.
• Manage project teams and oversee the delivery of high-quality strategic recommendations.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analyses, industry research, and growth opportunity evaluations.
• Develop and evaluate strategic alternatives to support executive decision-making.
• Facilitate strategic planning processes and executive workshops.
• Support clients in business transformation, growth acceleration, market entry, and expansion initiatives.
• Synthesize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consultants.
• Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and business development efforts.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
• MBA or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution is highly desirable.

Experience

• 5 to 6 years of experience in:
• Business Transformation.
• Management Consulting.
• Corporate Development.
• Strategic Planning.
• Experience working in top-tier consulting firms, strategy boutiques, corporate strategy functions, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Growth Strategy and market expansion initiatives.
• Market and competitive intelligence.
• Strategic planning and business case development.
• Financial and business analysis.
• Project management and team leadership.
• Stakeholder management and client engagement.

Language Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
