Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality financial services and insights to internal Finance stakeholders while meeting established service commitments.
  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze financial reports and profit and loss statements for markets across Latin America.
  • Support weekly and monthly financial planning and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Partner closely with Finance teams to understand business priorities and provide analytical support for decision‑making.
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial processes, reporting methodologies, and key business performance drivers.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve visibility and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation and reporting technologies.
  • Build technical expertise and business knowledge to prepare for future opportunities within Financial Planning and Analysis and Supply Chain Finance functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance, financial planning, reporting, business analysis, or internships in related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Foundational understanding of financial statements and key profitability drivers.
  • Exposure to reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or VBA is a plus.
  • Portuguese is desirable.
  • Interest in financial systems, automation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Fast learner with intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional and multicultural environments.
  • Native Spanish proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
