Zonal Routing (Rear Zone focus) Engineer

Descripción
En ALTEN buscamos un Ingeniero de Diseño de Suspensión Delantera para liderar el rediseño de los sistemas de suspensión delantera para vehículos eléctricos de próxima generación. Te centrarás en la transición de las ballestas transversales a las arquitecturas de muelles helicoidales , asegurando compatibilidad con sistemas de dirección, transmisión y chasis. Este puesto requiere una sólida formación en diseño mecánico, integración de encapsulados y análisis de durabilidad , con un enfoque práctico para resolver complejos desafíos de ingeniería.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Definir los requisitos de ingeniería de componentes y sistemas.
- Crear y desarrollar diseños y conceptos de ingeniería.
- Realizar estudios de envasado, tolerancias y viabilidad.
- Desarrollar modelos CAD, planos y releases de ingeniería.
- Apoyar CAE, construcciones de prototipos, pruebas, actividades de sourcing y validación.
- Resolver problemas de diseño, fabricación, calidad y lanzamiento.
- Colaborar con equipos internos multifuncionales, proveedores y clientes.
- Gestionar los cambios de ingeniería y la documentación.
- Experiencia probada en desarrollo de vehículos conceptuales a producción y resolución de problemas
Requisitos
- 5y+ años de experiencia en ingeniería automotriz y comercial dentro del ámbito correspondiente.
- Experiencia en CAD 2y+ (CATIA 3Dx, 3D Experiencia o V5).
- GD&T y análisis de tolerancias
- DFMA y principios de funcionalidad.
- Experiencia con arquitecturas eléctricas zonales, enrutamiento de arneses y colocación de módulos
- Capacidad para definir empaquetado y enrutamiento para sistemas de distribución eléctrica y de datos
- Experiencia coordinando interfaces con hardware de autonomía, electrónica de potencia, cierres y sistemas corporales
- Conocimiento de las arquitecturas eléctricas de vehículos y la gestión de cargas
