Product Engineer

Position: Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including BOMs (Bills of Materials) and manufacturing routings.
• Manage engineering changes (ECOs) and ensure timely implementation across production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
• Define material specifications, components, and handle deviation management.
• Support continuous improvement and new product introduction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• + 5 years of experience as a Product Engineer, ideally within the metal-mechanic or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including press brake, laser cutting, stamping, rolling, punching, TIG and MIG welding.
• Experience creating BOMs, routings, and engineering changes (ECOs).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
