FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for procurement management, purchase order expediting and follow-up, negotiations, claims handling, supplier evaluation and development, and logistics of supplies and purchases.
• Coordinates the personnel within this Group regarding the tasks and responsibilities established in the documents referenced herein.
• Ensures compliance with applicable KPIs for the Purchasing Group.
• Ensures achievement of goals established in HRIS or any objectives defined outside the system.
• Processes purchase orders and proposals, manages supplier payments, and oversees materials receipt management (Goods Receipt in ASAP).
• Complies with Andritz Hydro Group regulations, ensuring that suppliers and contractors are informed of and adhere to such requirements.
• Responsible for the results of the Group indicated herein, including management within the SRM system and the execution of AUTO-PO and Shopping Portal processes, where applicable.

COMPETENCIES.

English - Advance

Professional Degree: Electrical Engineering

Technical knowledge (electrical panels/switchboards, MCCs, cables, installation materials, electrical instrumentation, and electrical equipment in general).

6 years of technical experience, not necessarily in procurement.
