Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) - Chihuahua / Monterrey

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Clinical Account Specialist for its Electrophysiology division in Chihuahua or Monterrey. This full-time role involves hands-on support during cardiac ablation procedures, with a six-to-nine-month training program and pathway to promotion.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support during cardiac arrhythmia ablation procedures in clinical settings
- Partner with electrophysiologists and EP lab teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support adoption and utilization of electrophysiology mapping and navigation technology
- Participate in six-to-nine-month structured training program
- Travel regionally and nationally to support clinical sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum, or associate degree with two years of related procedural hospital experience
- STEM background preferred: biology, biochemistry, engineering, or health sciences
- Cathlab or electrophysiology mapping experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and three years driving experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% including overnight trips
- Geographic flexibility with potential relocation
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
