Your Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Develop software for active safety or body control production projects
• Design, code, and test real-time embedded systems with first‑time quality
• Work closely with component teams on interfaces and dependencies
• Triaging of issues reported from stakeholders
• Internal and customer diagnostics SW design, power mode planning, HWIO, Autosar stack configuration using tools like Vector DaVinci and implementation and triaging
• Responsible for static analysis, unit testing, and integration testing of the software on a hardware platform
• Automotive SPICE (Software Performance Improvement and Capability Determination) and Functional Safety process compliance

Your Background

• University degree in an engineering discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study)
• At least 6 months of work experience in the Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics
• Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving skills, and a positive approach to challenges
• Cross‑functional interests, ambitious, and self‑driven; adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to manage several projects at once effectively
• Strong soft skills: networking creation, influencing skills, constant learning, positive ownership profile
• Familiar with Embedded C on microcontroller architectures

Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in automotive embedded software development
• Deep embedded triaging skills
• Experience in diagnostics, low‑power mode implementation, factory‑test software
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Automotive SPICE
