Quality Performance Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Responsibilities

• Implement and support customer protection processes by ensuring compliance with containment actions, product quality requirements, IATF 16949 standards, and customer-specific requirements. Contribute to the improvement of quality indicators and operational performance to meet business objectives.
• Support the implementation and compliance of control plans, FMEAs, and other quality tools to maintain and improve internal and customer quality indicators.
• Apply and monitor preventive and inspection controls using statistical process tools to identify and mitigate quality risks in manufacturing processes.
• Participate in containment activities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to internal and customer complaints (including warranties), ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cost of poor quality (COPQ) and improving product, process, and system performance.
• Support engineering changes and new program launches by ensuring compliance with quality requirements and validation activities.
• Maintain documentation and records aligned with IATF 16949 standards and internal quality management systems.

Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency.
