Propósito del Rol
Liderar la integración estratégica del ecosistema digital bajo el modelo Connected ID, asegurando que todas las decisiones de inversión, arquitectura de funnel y activación estén basadas en identidades reales, data accionable y objetivos claros de negocio. Actúa como dueño de la Learning Agenda digital, generando inteligencia continua para optimizar inversión, audiencias y activación a lo largo del funnel, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento. Es responsable de convertir el ecosistema digital en un motor de crecimiento sostenible, elevando el negocio a través de inteligencia, optimización avanzada y conexión end‑to‑end entre estrategia, data y performance.
Responsabilidades Clave
1. Arquitectura Estratégica Digital (Connected ID)
- Diseñar la arquitectura digital integral bajo lógica de Connected ID.
- Traducir el brief en un funnel basado en audiencias reales y first‑party data.
- Garantizar una visión unificada del usuario en todos los canales.
- Asegurar coherencia entre estrategia, inversión y resultados de negocio.
- Supervisar la planeación e implementación digital alineada a objetivos del cliente y del negocio.
- Definir con claridad el rol de performance dentro de la estrategia integral.
2. Liderazgo de la Learning Agenda
- Identificar oportunidades de experimentación (pilotos, betas, alphas).
- Colaborar con partners y plataformas en innovación y optimización.
- Asegurar que cada inversión genere aprendizajes accionables.
- Traducir insights en optimizaciones estratégicas y oportunidades de crecimiento.
3. Elevación del Negocio y Rentabilidad
- Convertir el ecosistema digital en un habilitador de crecimiento rentable.
- Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia, expansión y redistribución de inversión.
- Colaborar con Business Lead y Engagement Lead para impactar el P&L.
- Impulsar propuestas de valor basadas en data e innovación.
- Liderar o co‑liderar QBRs y reportes estratégicos con enfoque en impacto de negocio.
4. Gobernanza Digital y Estandarización
- Definir estándares estratégicos y técnicos para la ejecución digital.
- Asegurar consistencia entre plataformas (Search, Social, Programmatic, Retail Media).
- Reducir fragmentación operativa mediante lineamientos claros.
- Elevar la calidad estratégica de las recomendaciones digitales.
- Garantizar excelencia operativa (QA, pacing, monitoreo, status).
5. Inteligencia, Medición y Atribución
- Colaborar con BI & Data en modelos de medición y atribución.
- Asegurar decisiones de inversión basadas en impacto real.
- Impulsar cultura de ID‑Based Planning .
- Integrar data de audiencias, performance y negocio para optimizar decisiones.
6. Desarrollo de Especialidad y Transformación
- Elevar el nivel estratégico y técnico del equipo digital.
- Impulsar adopción del modelo Connected ID.
- Ser referente en innovación digital, martech y plataformas.
- Fomentar cultura de growth, accountability y excelencia.
- Asegurar correcta implementación de iniciativas con pods especializados.
7. Adopción del Modelo de Transformación
- Operar en cogobernanza con Business Lead, Dirección Operativa y Planning & Buying.
- Integrar el ecosistema digital al playbook del modelo.
- Unificar Retail Media, Performance, Planning y Data bajo una narrativa estratégica.
- Actuar como embajador del cambio en el ecosistema digital.
Requisitos
Experiencia
- +10 años en marketing digital / performance; +5 liderando equipos.
- Gestión de ecosistemas full-funnel (Search, Social, Programmatic, Retail Media).
- Experiencia impactando KPIs de negocio y rentabilidad.
Conocimientos
- Dominio de plataformas: Google, Meta, DV360, Amazon Ads.
- Experiencia en first‑party data, audiencias y modelos de atribución.
- Manejo de herramientas de analítica (GA4, BI) y martech/adtech.

- Pensamiento estratégico y orientación a negocio.
- Fuerte capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en data.
- Liderazgo e influencia cross‑functional.
- Comunicación ejecutiva con cliente.
Educación e idiomas
- Licenciatura afín (deseable posgrado).
- Inglés avanzado.
