EHS Coordinator, Staff

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of site EHS programs, policies, and procedures;
• Maintain regulatory records, reports, and audit documentation;
• Assist with OSHA, EPA, and internal compliance requirements; (40%)
• Assist with incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and corrective actions; (30%)
• Support hazard identification and workplace risk reduction activities; Track follow-up actions and compliance items. (30%)
• Support supervisors, managers, and employees with safe work practices;
• Support EHS team initiatives related to training, risk reduction, ergonomics, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement activities. (30%)

Representative Qualifications

• Jurisdiction-specific regulatory training preferred (e.g., OHSA 30-hour course, etc.).
• Working knowledge of OSHA and general EHS regulations.
• Familiarity with incident investigation, hazard recognition, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
