About the Role

Are you passionate about analyzing business processes, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for an Auditor / Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of financial, operational, and information systems audits while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and support key business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit program steps for financial, operational, and information systems audits under the guidance of senior audit leadership.
• Support audit planning, testing, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Ensure audit assignments are completed within established timelines and budget requirements.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and presentations for management and leadership teams.
• Conduct interviews and gather information from employees across multiple business functions.
• Participate in meetings with management to discuss audit observations and support action plan development.
• Help build strong partnerships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective risk management.
• Stay current on audit methodologies, industry trends, and quality improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading financial, operational, and/or information systems audits.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working with audit tools, data analytics, or computer-assisted audit techniques.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with management and executive leadership.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members is preferred.
