Position Overview

Build and debug Workday custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio.
• Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and regression testing.
• Work closely with the onsite team, offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high‑quality solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with the configuration of new and existing Workday features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, with proficiency in Workday.
• Solid understanding of Workday architecture, including business process framework and data model.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Workday Integration certification(s) preferred.
