Role Overview

The Pepsi Co Mexico Foods (PMF) analyst will play a key role in supporting the S&T Finance function in PMF by overseeing core financial processes, including planning and forecasting, reporting, accounting, investment tracking, and productivity monitoring. This role is part of the S&T Finance Latin America team and the PMF Finance staff, and will contribute to the management of a total budget exceeding $241 million USD (including baseline and investment). As a strategic business partner, the PMF Analyst will deliver executive‑level financial reports, analytical insights, and performance visibility to senior stakeholders. The Analyst is expected to consistently add value by enabling informed decision‑making, supporting the execution of investment initiatives, and driving the achievement of ambitious productivity targets aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee core financial processes, including planning and forecasting, reporting, accounting, investment tracking, and productivity monitoring for the PMF Finance function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Controlling, ideally within multinational companies.
• BA, Economics, Engineering, or accounting degree required.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting (AOP), monthly forecasting, variance analysis and controlling.
• Fluent in English.
