Maintenance Manager

L ocation: Topolobampo, Sinaloa, Mexico

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize production disruptions
• Coordinate with production and other departments to optimize maintenance processes
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in maintenance operations
• Promote and influence behavior that aligns with company policies and procedures to achieve company goals and objectives.

Job Requirement:

• At least 15 years of experience in maintenance management in Chemical or Petrochemical Industries.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance program development and implementation.

• Proven track record of successful leadership in maintenance operations.

• Experience with corrective and preventive maintenance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
