Pfizer seeks an oncology health science specialist representative in Mexico City to engage with hospital networks and drive product positioning in breast cancer care. The role involves clinical knowledge translation, stakeholder relationship management, and market strategy execution across public and private healthcare channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with medical directors, nurses, and hospital leadership across public and private sectors
• Translate clinical evidence into consultative sales conversations and access strategies
• Develop market positioning plans and execute marketing initiatives for oncology products
• Identify customer needs and implement action plans to drive adoption and access
• Travel extensively (50% of time) to conduct field engagement and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in medical or biological sciences
• 3+ years as a specialty medical representative or equivalent role
• Deep knowledge of clinical oncology trial data and healthcare economics
• Experience navigating government hospital systems (IMSS, ISSSTE, institutes)
• Strong negotiation and strategic communication abilities
• Clean compliance record and proficiency in MS Office and market analytics
