Role Description

You'll edit performance-focused video ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other paid social channels.

Most videos are 30–60 seconds , with occasional 3–5 minute ads . This is a high-volume role, so you'll need to work quickly while maintaining quality across 100+ videos per month .

You'll take raw UGC and turn it into finished ads with strong pacing, subtitles, B-roll, product visuals, graphics, and other engaging elements. You'll also create variations by swapping hooks, intros, CTAs, and clips.

What you'll do:

• Edit short-form UGC and performance ads
• Turn raw creator footage into polished, ready-to-launch creatives
• Add subtitles, B-roll, graphics, screenshots, sound effects, and compelling visuals
• Create multiple variations by swapping hooks, intros, clips, and CTAs
• Bulk edit and version creatives efficiently
• Use Higgsfield AI to expand 9:16 footage into natural-looking 16:9 versions
• Resize creatives for different platforms and placements
• Handle revisions quickly and keep files and versions organized

What we're looking for:

• Experience editing UGC, short-form content, social media, or paid ads
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and modern short-form editing
• Excellent sense of pacing, hooks, subtitles, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working at high volume — 100+ videos per month
• Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Comfortable learning AI creative tools; Higgsfield experience is a plus
• Organized, reliable, and able to move quickly
• Able to take feedback and turn revisions around fast

You'd Be Great at This Role If:

You can tell when the first few seconds of an ad are too slow. You know when a talking-head video needs another visual to hold attention. You can take one piece of raw footage and see multiple ad variations inside of it.

Most importantly, you know how to edit for performance , not just aesthetics.
