Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: GDL and CDMX (Hybrid/Remote – Please update as applicable)

Duration: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and production support activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Provide L2/L3 production support by resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and ABAP teams to support integrations and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Handle Mexico CFDI requirements, including:
• Electronic invoicing
• PAC integration
• SAT compliance
• Regulatory reporting
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Participate in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Minimum of 1–2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• COPA (Profitability Analysis)
• Experience with SAP production support (L2/L3).
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Mexico CFDI and e-invoicing compliance.
• Experience with PAC integration and SAT regulations.
• Knowledge of LATAM localization, particularly Mexico.
• Experience with SAP interfaces, IDOCs, and enhancements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with FSCM, Treasury, or Taxation modules.
• Experience working in global delivery/onshore-offshore environments.
• SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
