Electro-Optical NPI Engineer — Manufacturing & DFM

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Product / Process Engineer for Electro-optical Systems in Mexico, Jalisco. In this role, you will lead the qualification and manufacturing introduction of complex electromechanical systems that support high-performance networking solutions.

Your work will include conducting manufacturability evaluations, collaborating with design engineering, and addressing manufacturing quality issues. Strong expertise in DFM and hands-on knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes are essential.
