Executive Office & Strategic Projects Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and professional to support the Managing Director in strategic, operational, and executive matters.

The role will ensure effective management of the executive agenda, follow-up of strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and preparation of high-quality information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Managing Director's agenda, meetings, and commitments.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, KPI analyses, and dashboards.
• Consolidate information from different departments into clear and actionable insights.
• Monitor strategic projects, deadlines, deliverables, and action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on key initiatives.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, proposing solutions when necessary.
• Coordinate executive travel, schedules, and expenses.
• Support executive communications and information consolidation.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive business information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management , or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in executive support, project management, strategic projects, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience working with senior executives or C-level stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficency
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Canva, and Concur .
