Program Management Manager (Ecatepec de Morelos)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. The Program Management Manager leads a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and customers.

Typical Day (Responsibilities)

• Serve as the key channel of communication for customers and act as an escalation point in the event of customer issues.
• Demonstrate advanced operations and technical skills, as well as knowledge of process technologies.
• Analyze technical and financial reports and present findings to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with CFT and necessary actions for target compliance.
• Support contract negotiations and price definitions.
• Coordinate product life cycle of new programs and ensure alignment with launch costs and P&L; projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.
• Experience in a similar position within the electronics industry.
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing operations (processes, test, industrial engineering).
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with P&L; administration and quotations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with demanding clients and customer-service focus.
• Project management experience.
• People-management experience.
• Bachelor's, Master's, MBA or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Optional: PMP certification, MBA & PMP certification, or equivalent.
