Health & Safety Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training and education to employees and management.
• Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EHS roles,
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 in the latest version
• Mexico Legal compliance framework, Safety, Environment and energy applicable requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English - Advanced
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
