Responsibilities

The opportunity: this role is to provide support to the field fleet teams. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for administrating the Fleet Fuel card program for FLNA and includes optimizing and automating processes as well as scorecarding, financial reporting, KPI report generation, and issue resolution.

  • Optimize processes by automating them to reduce time and standardize work between sectors.
  • Generate and implement improvement ideas to increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on the development of high‑impact projects.
  • Perform, analyze and report daily activities to understand trends and make suggestions to the business.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of all current and past card holders.
  • Conduct reconciliations and statement reviews; resolve any discrepancies.
  • Deliver daily, weekly and period reporting.
  • Proactively track and alert for discovered card‑usage concerns.
  • Create and maintain scorecard and dashboard reporting.
  • Improve processes and deliver productivity for the Fuel card program.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track project progress.
  • Measure project performance using project‑management tools and adjust as needed.
  • Lead the execution of the pipeline of projects in the reporting area.
  • Manage relationships with the client and relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations, Engineering or a similar field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps or Tableau.
  • Coding experience in Python.
  • Database management knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to formulate effective action plans.
  • Advanced/Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to interact and build favorable business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to assist with account‑management duties.
  • Strong team player committed to teamwork in all situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
