At Pulso Desarrollando Personas , a leading Executive Search firm, we are conducting a confidential search for a National Channel & Distributor Sales Manager to join a global leader in high-technology industrial solutions.

Beyond managing a distribution channel, we are looking for a leader capable of driving its evolution, enhancing profitability, and delivering sustainable growth through a robust commercial strategy, flawless execution, and influential leadership.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for defining and executing the national strategy for the development of the distributor network, ensuring the achievement of sales and aftermarket objectives, maximizing channel profitability, and fostering long-term, sustainable business relationships.
Working closely with business owners, managing directors, and commercial leaders across the distributor network, you will strengthen their commercial, technical, and operational capabilities while identifying growth opportunities, professionalizing their organizations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
You will also lead strategic commercial transformation initiatives by driving the adoption of methodologies, tools, and best practices that enhance channel competitiveness and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:The Profile We Are Looking For
We are interested in speaking with executives who have built their careers within organizations that market technical B2B products through nationwide distributor networks , ideally in industries such as industrial automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, filtration, industrial machinery, industrial tools, electromechanical equipment, or related technical sectors.
Experience with organizations such as Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Sullair, Donaldson, Parker Hannifin, Bosch Rexroth, Festo, SMC, THK, Kärcher , or other companies operating under comparable channel distribution models, will be highly valued.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years leading nationwide distributor or channel sales organizations.
- Proven track record developing and expanding B2B technical distributor networks.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing commercial strategies that drive profitable channel growth.
- Experience leading high-impact commercial initiatives and strategic projects.
- Strong background in distributor business planning and channel development.
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, profitability management, and performance metrics.
- Experience driving business transformation, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market intelligence into effective commercial strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Availability to travel extensively throughout Mexico.
