Project Manager - Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and long-term organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, and challenges to senior management, executives, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in advanced project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience managing enterprise-level, global, or multi-departmental projects.
• Strong expertise in change management and business transformation initiatives.
