Technical Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Technical Trainer – Onboarding to deliver a two-week onboarding program for newly hired Technical Support Engineers (TSEs). This role is critical in accelerating new hire readiness by providing a structured, AI-first learning experience that reduces Time to Competency (T2C).

As a Technical Trainer, you will facilitate instructor-led, in-person training focused on customer service excellence, professional skills, operational processes, tools, AI-enabled learning, and standard support procedures. During the first two weeks of onboarding, you will equip all new Technical Support Engineers with the foundational knowledge and skills required before they transition to role-specific technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led onboarding sessions for new Technical Support Engineers.
• Facilitate classroom training on customer service, communication, business processes, tools, procedures, and AI-enabled learning.
• Create an interactive and inclusive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retention.
• Assess learner progress and provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Leverage AI-enabled learning tools and modern training methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding content and delivery.
• Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and consistency while delivering recurring onboarding programs.
• Track attendance, learner progress, and training completion metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Facilitator, Teacher, or Learning & Development professional.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training to groups in an in-person environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High-energy, engaging, and learner-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage training sessions with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to continuous learning and innovation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with recurring onboarding cohorts.
• Experience using AI-enabled learning tools or technology-driven training approaches is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time in Yerwada, Pune.
