HR Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Execute and manage HR data transactions in SuccessFactors, including employee changes, mass uploads and LOA/FMLA entries
• Develop, update and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports while maintaining dashboards and data visualizations
• Conduct regular audits across HRIS, payroll and downstream systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and proper documentation
• Support major annual HR cycles including salary planning, performance management and succession planning through data preparation and analysis
• Provide benchmarking insights and analytical support to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners
• Ensure accurate data throughout onboarding and offboarding processes and contribute to smooth employee transitions
• Support learning and development initiatives through training tracking and logistical coordination
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to understand data needs, resolve reporting issues and translate findings into actionable insights

What will help you thrive at FARO Creaform:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience in HR, including two years in analytics, reporting or data management
• Hands‑on experience working in an HRIS environment, ideally SuccessFactors
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• A strong ability to interpret data trends and communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion and a strong sense of data integrity
• A problem‑solving mindset, a collaborative approach and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
