About the Role
Napapijri is seeking an e Commerce (Sales) Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. The role is responsible for analyzing e Commerce performance data and supporting the development and execution of tactics to optimize performance and maintain healthy KPIs such as Sell‑In, Sell‑Out, Sell‑Thru, Months of Stock, Replenishment, Revenue, Upsell, and Cross‑sell.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of e Commerce objectives, including Sell‑In and Sell‑Out targets.
- Analyze and develop e Commerce commercial reports, focusing on inventory performance and sales to support strategic decision‑making and Sell‑In optimization.
- Develop and execute operational tactics to sustain e Commerce performance, including product analysis, replenishment strategy, catalog management, site performance, and conversion funnel analysis.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and drive commercial opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Ops, Customer Service, Planning, and Marketing teams.
- Manage direct communication with partners, including performance analysis and commercial negotiations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Retail and/or Sales planning experience.
- Analytical and data‑driven mindset with strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- High customer focus and ability to drive results.
- Intermediate–Advanced English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Strong communication skills.
- Creative problem‑solving abilities.
Additional Comments
Preferably experience in e Commerce.
