Test Cell Supervisor H/M

Overview

• Supervise and provide support to the test cell operator/inspector in technical knowledge or skills, and be autonomous in tasks related to the Test Cell.
• Follow PO creation, transport coordination, and consumables supply for the test cell.
• Supervise and manage the team of Technicians and Inspectors of the Test Cell.
• Verify that working documents are filled correctly and that tasks have stamps and dates.
• Ensure a Records Compilation with all corresponding documents of the test and deliver it to Conformity Product.

Qualifications and Knowledge

• Knowledge and understanding of various work scenarios on SHOP, KPIs, objectives, measurement, and estimation.
• Knowledge of the process for consulting technical documentation for the process ESM, CMM, WPG, EMP, CEMP related to the engineering process.
• Ability to challenge and modify Quality Instructions related to the area and other departments.
• Ability to apply and challenge organizational processes in Aeronautical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
• MRO knowledge / Industrial knowledge.
• Knowledge of turbofan engines (CFM56 and LEAP) desirable.
