- Ingeniería aeronautica en manufactura, mecatronica o afin
- Inglés fluido.
- Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura ensambles.
- 2 años de experiencia en posicion similar.
- Conocimiento intermedio de labview.
- Conocimiento en prensandos (promess)
- Set up de las maquinas.
- Controles de fuera, posicion y sensores.
- GD&T.
Responsabilidades principales
- Mantener la habilidad del proceso a través del monitoreo del FTQ, Scrap, SPC, OEE.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizada la documentación correspondiente: SWI, SUS, AMEF, cambios de modelo, cambio de herramientas, instrucciones de retrabajo, etc.
- Asegurar la reducción de RPN, (número de riesgos prioritarios) a través del correcto uso del AMEF.
- Implementar cambios de ingeniería de acuerdo al configuration management (CM).
