NPI Engineer @ Monterrey
Jornada completa
- Liderar proyectos de manufactura y lanzamientos de nuevos productos (NPI).
- Coordinar actividades entre clientes, ingeniería y producción.
- Dar seguimiento a cronogramas, entregables y riesgos del proyecto.
- Participar en la definición e implementación de procesos de manufactura.
- Gestionar cambios de ingeniería y validaciones de proceso.
- Asegurar una transición exitosa de los proyectos hacia operaciones.
- Mantener comunicación directa con clientes nacionales e internacionales. Lidera nuevos proyectos y genera impacto desde el día uno. Desarrolla tecnología de manufactura para clientes globales.
- Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Manufactura o afín.
- Experiencia en industria automotriz.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de manufactura.
- Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura y mejora de procesos.
- Experiencia en lanzamientos de nuevos productos (NPI).
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiencia en trato directo con clientes.
- Conocimiento de APQP y Core Tools.
- Experiencia en nuevas líneas o transferencias de producción.
- Manejo de MS Project o herramientas similares.
- Salario competitivo + prestaciones superiores a la ley.
