Cost & Pricing Analyst

About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into business decisions? We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost & Pricing Analyst to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting business profitability by developing and maintaining accurate costing models, pricing strategies, and inventory analysis. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure pricing decisions are competitive, financially sound, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare product cost and pricing structures for quotation requests, including customized and non-standard products.
• Support the Sales team by providing accurate costing and pricing information while maintaining target margins.
• Maintain and update cost rates, overhead allocations, and pricing structures within the ERP system.
• Manage and update product, accessory, and system price lists to ensure accuracy and alignment with cost changes.
• Perform annual price list reviews based on updated Bills of Materials (BOMs) and component costs.
• Process and maintain miscellaneous costing, pricing, and inventory-related transactions.
• Monitor inventory performance through aging analysis, turnover reviews, reserve calculations, and identification of slow-moving inventory.
• Support physical inventory counts, reconciliation activities, and adjustment analysis.
• Assist with annual inventory insurance valuation reviews and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports related to purchasing, logistics, and supply chain performance to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in cost analysis, pricing analysis, inventory analysis, manufacturing finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of product costing methodologies, including BOM structures, overhead allocation, and cost component analysis.
• Experience supporting quotation costing, pricing analysis, and margin evaluation.
• Knowledge of inventory management concepts, including inventory aging, turnover analysis, reserves, and inventory adjustments.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Infor Syteline, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and cost modeling.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
• Interest and willingness to leverage AI tools to improve daily productivity and decision-making.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and accountability when handling financial and operational information.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2).
