Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
  • Procure new customers through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attend networking events to research and connect with potential customers.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure their retention.
  • Suggest improvements or additional products and services that may interest customers.
  • Develop business proposals and contracts to attract more revenue from customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Train staff with the technical and social skills necessary to improve sales.
  • Review customer feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay abreast of consumer trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business administration or similar.
  • Sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, especially regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet personable disposition.
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Motivated by challenges.
