This is an Early Talent Role 

Meet your team:

LCO is a global organization that support 24/7 operation for large customers that demand specific KPI to ensure business continuity. LCO team is located mainly in Germany, India, Romania, and Mexico.

What you bring:

We expect you to participate in our LCO team by supporting the team in quality control and follow-up global initiatives. Goal is to upskill your knowledge in SAP technology by theorical trainings and practical experience with Mexico team, this plan is structured for 9-12 months to complete your onboarding to our operational activities.

Ensuring Day to Day quality service delivery by:

• Defining and tracking various service quality KPIs and SLAs for our customers
• Working together with the team towards improving several day-to-day operational tasks
• Supporting leads on different improving initiatives
• Driving projects and programs related to process improvement initiatives on the daily operational activities.
• Able to coordinate and orchestrate the work between the teams.
• Able to build up quality management reports for operations teams - Strong collaboration with different regions.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ work experience in IT technologies.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Availability for operations and 24/7 delivery.
• Understanding of SLA/KPI tracking · Familiar with ITIL concepts of Service Management and Root Cause Analysis
• Management of multiple activities requiring cross team coordination

Nice to Have

• ITIL Certification
• Creation and reporting to executive managers.
• Able to communicate successfully at different levels of the organization.
