Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced AI solutions within our ERP products using OpenAI, GPT‑4, and Azure OpenAI Service to enhance cross‑application interoperability.


• Architect next‑generation API interfaces that leverage Langchain and LLMs to simplify complex data interactions for end‑users.


• Lead small‑scale AI feature projects from concept to production, evaluating diverse technical factors to select the best methods for model deployment.


• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate intricate business requirements into user‑friendly, AI‑driven features.


• Provide informal guidance and technical mentorship to colleagues, staying at the forefront of NLP and generative AI advancements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in ML/AI roles with a proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions.


• Proficient in Python and expert‑level experience with Langchain, Azure OpenAI, and OpenAI Studio.


• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, optimizing few‑shot techniques, and evaluating LLM performance for task generalization.


• Solid experience with Generative AI models (GPT, VAE, GANs) and deep learning techniques.


• Practical experience working with NoSQL databases and Vector DBs to support AI‑driven applications.


• Bonus: Experience with model interpretability and fine‑tuning hyperparameters for robust web app integration.


• Bonus: Familiarity with the construction industry or complex ERP data management.
