BUYER

Requirements:

• Advanced english.
• Professional career: Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related.
• At least 3 years experience in the area.
• Microsoft Office.
• Master the company system familiar with the company's business process.
• Familiar with quality management system procurement related legal knowledge.

Responsabilities:

• According to new project requirements cooperate with technical staff to search and screen suppliers and new materials that meet the standard requirements.
• Collect new supplier information conduct preliminary assessment to ensure that suppliers meet the requirements and standards.
• Follow up the development progress of new materials and suppliers.
• Responsible for material inquiry price comparison price negotiation and cost analysis responsible for purchase price control.
• To negotiate and manage the purchase account period optimize the account period and improve the operating efficiency of funds.
• Responsible for the signing of annual procurement contracts with qualified suppliers.
• Purchase order formulation and delivery tracking.
• And supplier reconciliation billing invoice entry and fund use approval and other related business handling.
