Onsite IT Support Engineer II - Manufacturing Site

Link-Worldwide is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support for users' hardware and software issues at their manufacturing site in Mexicali, Baja California.
The ideal candidate will need a diploma or degree in IT and at least two years of experience with networking, servers, and Microsoft systems. Responsibilities include tracking and resolving IT-related problems, assisting with training for new hires, and managing IT equipment.
