Cross Border Specialist

The After-Hours Operations Specialist is responsible for providing operational support outside of standard business hours to ensure seamless cross-border execution. This role monitors and tracks active shipments, reviews documentation for northbound and southbound crossings, and proactively identifies potential service risks.The position serves as the primary after-hours point of contact for customers, communicating shipment updates, delays, service failures, and any issues that may impact transit times.
