Antal International is accelerating its growth in Mexico, and we're looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants who combine strong commercial skills with a passion for executive search and talent consulting.

If you've built lasting client relationships, consistently generated new business, and enjoy managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients across key industries.
• Drive business development through networking, referrals, and consultative sales.
• Manage executive search assignments from client acquisition to successful placement.
• Partner with senior executives and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with Antal's global network across more than 35 countries to identify international business opportunities.

We're looking for professionals with:

• 3+ years of success in 360 Recruitment, Executive Search, or Professional Staffing.
• A proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
• An active client portfolio or established professional network (highly preferred).
• Experience managing mid-to-senior level recruitment assignments.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced English.
