Technical Consultant
Relay Human Cloud
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong consulting background and technical aptitude to support client initiatives, drive problem-solving, and deliver scalable solutions. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, client-facing communication, and hands-on technical understanding .
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Analyze workflows, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide strategic recommendations backed by data and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions
- Support system implementations, integrations, or process improvements
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to clients
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance when needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Technologies
- 2-3 years of experience in data consulting
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Data tools management
- Experience working with Claude, n8n, Zapier, and other automation and AI tools.
