Empresa Multinacional Japonesa está en búsqueda de un People Data Analyst, capaz de Transformar los datos del capital humano en información estratégica a través del análisis, diseño de dashboards y generación de reportes clave que optimicen la toma de decisiones en el área de Recursos Humanos.
Actividades Principales
- Diseñar, consolidar y dar seguimiento a reportes periódicos de indicadores clave (KPIs) como rotación de personal, evaluaciones de desempeño, estructuras salariales y demografía interna.
- Identificar tendencias, patrones y áreas de oportunidad en los datos de la organización para proponer mejoras operativas y de retención.
- Asegurar la limpieza, exactitud y confidencialidad de la información registrada en las distintas bases de datos del área.
- Colaborar con los líderes de Recursos Humanos y directivos para comunicar hallazgos, avances y proyecciones de forma clara y visual.
- 1 - 2 años en posiciones de analítica de datos, People Analytics o gestión de información en RRHH.
- Excel Avanzado indispensable.
- Inglés conversacional Indispensable
