Scaled Customer Success Manager — Growth & Impact

Link-Worldwide seeks a Customer Success Manager in Mexico City to drive customer satisfaction and assist clients in optimizing their use of Zendesk products.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong data analysis and communication skills. This role offers a hybrid work experience, balancing onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.
