Testing Analyst (Azcapotzalco)

Role Purpose

• This role sits within GPS Client Management Operations (CMO) and supports GPS clients with integration and migration projects, delivering service in line with OKRs and executing the service model of client file testing and migration HUB within client connectivity.
• The centralized client file testing and migration HUB within client connectivity will be responsible for providing best‑in‑class file testing capability, leveraging file validation tools, and assisting our clients with migration projects.
• The role of a Testing Manager (or Testing Analyst) in Client Integration is critical to ensuring that the technical aspects of Client Integration and Migration projects align with business objectives, and that the resulting solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient.

Main Activities

• Manage Client Integration & Testing and Migration Projects, including e‑Channel (HSBCnet, H2H, SwiftNet), Treasury API, SEPA, ISO migration, etc.
• Deliver smooth project delivery through successful SIT/UAT/PVT tests and handover to client service support teams, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and a flawless end‑to‑end experience.
• Think laterally beyond procedures to resolve issues, ensuring service TATs are met and enhancing client experience.
• Understand client and stakeholder business needs and payment requirements to provide professional, tailor‑made advisory on integration projects.
• Effectively manage and resolve client escalations, engaging management and functional partners as necessary to seek quick resolution.
• Protect sensitive client and bank information by ensuring all documents, computers, files, and confidential matters are handled in accordance with policy.
• Maintain and observe all HSBC control standards, implement and observe the Group Compliance Policy, and implement recommendations made by internal or external auditors and regulators in a timely manner.

Experience

• 5 - 8 years of experience in industry operational or client‑facing roles.
• Relevant experience supporting client integration and file testing, client connectivity solutions, liquidity & payment solutions, or similar functions in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service and flexible solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of banking channels including HSBCnet, Connect, SWIFT, and APIs.
• Experience with operation transformation support for productivity or service quality improvements with positive outcomes.
• Knowledge of various connectivity protocols, encryption, file and messaging flows.
• Quick learning ability with payment file/message formats such as ISO 20022 XML, Dynamic CSV, Nacha, SWIFT MT Messages, etc.
• Domain knowledge of ERP/TMS, APIs, and mobile app development.
