Senior Buyer Automotive

We are looking for a Sr. Procurement Buyer .

This role is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost competitiveness and supply continuity for critical components in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities and supplier selection for automotive components (Tier 1 & Tier 2).
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Ensure continuity of supply and resolve potential disruptions impacting production.
• Manage supplier performance based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Sustainability (QCDS).
• Support new program launches, engineering changes, and production ramp-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain).
• Align regional execution with global commodity strategies.
• Analyze market trends, cost structures, and supplier capabilities to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in automotive procurement or sourcing .
• Strong understanding of electronics supply chain, lead times, and supplier constraints .
• Advanced negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers .
• Knowledge of automotive standards (PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949).

Salary Range

• $60,000 to $70,000 Gross Salary per month plus Benefits above the law.
