We are currently consolidating operations across multiple countries while developing new Business Units in strategic markets, building organizations from the ground up and strengthening a scalable and sustainable operating model.

As part of this strategy, we are seeking a Global HR Expansion Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Human Resources strategy throughout our international expansion initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with multicultural teams, and play a key role in the Group's international growth.

Position Purpose

Coordinate the implementation of the Human Resources initiatives defined for each international expansion project, ensuring the successful execution of the HR roadmap from the planning phase through the stabilization of each new operation.

This role will serve as the primary liaison between Corporate functions, local leadership teams and strategic service providers, ensuring alignment between the business strategy and the implementation of Human Resources processes, while delivering the objectives, timelines and key project deliverables established for each expansion initiative.

In addition, the position will drive process standardization, identify risks associated with international expansion, and promote the implementation of best practices that strengthen the Group's global Human Resources operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful execution of the Human Resources roadmap across international expansion projects by monitoring project milestones, deliverables and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate the implementation of the Human Resources operating model for new business operations, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation, payroll processes, hiring practices and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate the adaptation of global Human Resources policies, processes and programs to meet the legal, cultural and operational requirements of each country.
• Coordinate and oversee international mobility processes, including employment documentation, immigration permits, international assignments, permit renewals and expatriate employee administration.
• Manage relationships with strategic providers of recruitment, payroll, outsourcing, labor advisory, immigration and other specialized Human Resources services required to support business expansion.
• Participate in expansion project governance meetings, providing visibility into project progress, risks, key performance indicators and Human Resources-related priorities.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the launch of new operations, proposing preventive actions that ensure project continuity and successful execution.
• Document lessons learned, best practices and continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen the Group's international expansion methodology.
• Monitor the progress of expansion projects through key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations, risks and mitigation actions to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad functional responsibility.
• At least five years of experience working within multinational organizations or supporting international business initiatives.
• Previous experience leading expansion projects, organizational transformation, new business implementations or regional initiatives is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple business areas, internal stakeholders and multicultural teams.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, deliverables and work plans across multiple implementation workstreams.
• Comprehensive experience across core Human Resources disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration and Global Mobility.
• Experience managing specialized Human Resources service providers.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Availability for frequent international travel and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
