We are now looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager (CPM) based in Mexico to join our growing international team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of global and multicountry clinical projects , working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment.

What will you do?

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of clinical studies, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end management of clinical projects

• Coordinating study timelines, deliverables, budgets, and operational activities

• Acting as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

• Providing oversight and support to CRAs, CTAs, vendors, and study teams

• Leading project meetings, investigator meetings, and governance discussions

• Managing risks, issues, escalations, and proactive problem-solving

• Overseeing TMF quality and study documentation readiness

• Collaborating with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and Compliance teams

• Supporting audits, inspections, and CAPA implementation when required

• Driving study execution with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and patient safety

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in Clinical Project Management

• Strong experience managing global or multicountry clinical studies

• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution

• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
