Job Description

• Provide VRF equipment selections based on mechanical drawings and specifications and work with the sales team to provide competitive solutions, proposals and submittals.
• Answer phone inquiries by customers on selected equipment and help increase sales, revenue and margin.
• Strong understanding of competitive VRF brands, how they compare with Lennox VRF products.
• Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline and sales forecast.
• Coordinate with operations and field sales on customer training and other sales programs as necessary.
• Support the sales team as necessary with project management and pricing.
• Support sales team in creating complete order packages.
• Support sales team on following critical orders and ensure successful, on time delivery to the customer.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, but not required.
